In these, Link greatly resembles his appearance from earlier art, like in the Instruction Booklet for A Link to the Past. Link sometimes sports a slightly different or brighter-hued tunic in these shots, but some have an entirely different character model. Outside of earlier game manuals, Ocarina of Time was the first time players got a detailed view of Link, and his appearance from 1998 is still one of his more iconic looks. The most easily recognizable difference in these Ocarina of Time screenshots is how Link's appearance changed. Ocarina Of Time Screenshots That Show Link, Location, & HUD Changes Some of the game assets that can be seen in the screenshots look exactly like they do in the final version, while others look a little out of place in Ocarina of Time. Characters, locations, enemies, the HUD, gameplay, and items all went through changes. They are only loosely arranged in any sort of order, but they do give a fascinating look at ways the game changed throughout its development. Several dozen early, low-res Ocarina of Time screenshots have been collected in an album by wonderboyblue.
